Father’s day is upon us this week in the UK, it’s the first time in 46 years I will be sending a father’s day card and celebrating…. It’s an amazing gift to be able to forgive and make someone incredibly happy and yet it takes such little effort.
I learned my resilience from being brought up in care, which is a good thing, as you need buckets of it when you run a business.

I was sitting here this morning thinking about the last two Virtual Summits I have hosted, and for a second I started to feel a little proud of myself, which is a slightly strange feeling. Both summits have been a massive success but in different ways.
I’ve grown my email list by over 1200 new connections, created 3 new digital products which are selling and I’m pre-launching the first Virtual Summit online and off-line programme.

A number of expert speakers are now active affiliates and also becoming great friends, which is just incredible as it’s a great endorsement, not just for me but evidence of just how powerful Virtual Summits are. None of this would have happened if I hadn’t decided that I was going to host 4 Virtual Summits this year.
Now, I am not saying this is what you should be doing, in fact, I think one Virtual Summit is enough for any business, but what I would say is that you should host one every year. It’s like anything you do; it gets better each time as you start to understand what works best for your target market and prospects.
