How to bring in new and long-term sales hosting your first Virtual Summit.
Over the last couple of days, I have spoken about the 10 different ways you can make a great ROI from hosting your first Virtual Summit and how different businesses can leverage the power of Virtual Summits.
Today I want to talk about how you can leverage an Influential Virtual Summit for long-term sales and repeat business during the year. I am not going to hide the fact that Virtual Summits need some serious planning I would be lying to you if I said otherwise. But I have mapped out for you exactly what you need to do each step of the way to make it easy for you.

Bringing together your own Virtual Summit is great as it reduces your overheads as you get stuck into a three-month project. Just to give you an example of savings we charge anywhere from five thousand pounds plus for a fully managed 20 speaker Virtual Summit. But the great thing about this is that you don’t have to worry about a thing we manage the speakers, website branding and design, graphics, social media plus much more. In effect all you have to do is turn up for the interviews we do the rest for you meaning you significantly shortcut your journey as you give aspects of the planning and technical set-up over to be managed so you don’t have to worry about it.
I always recommend that you work backwards so you have to be very clear as to what offer you are going to be making once the Virtual Summit comes to a close.
This will help you firstly by picking the theme for the overall online event and secondly, it will make it very clear for new prospects what you are leading them towards so it is easy for them to make a decision to purchase as they will be a perfect fit for your offer.
It is critical that you are clear and upfront with your marketing communications so subscribers are clear on the action you want them to make on where you are leading people once the event is over. On the training, I walk you through a number of different ways you can seed your offer making it easier for to close the sale and people to say “YES”.
Now you might be one of those people who is not clear on what you are going to be offering and that’s perfectly OK as I have created the perfect solution for you.
For the first time, I am introducing a brand new training course How to create an online group programme you can PROFIT from TIME AND TIME AGAIN. This is especially going to be great for people who have not created an online course or programme before.
Let’s talk new and long-term sales
Do you know that only 2% of new people you come into contact with will be ready to buy? I now shocker isn’t it so the trick is simple and one that often gets overlooked, but it is to consistently make the same offer to your prospects a couple of times a year.
So let’s just say you have 1000 new prospects join your first Virtual Summit and 20 people join the offer you present to them at the end of the Virtual Summit. If we go on the basis of only 2% of people being ready to purchase then this means that we need to run the same offer later in the year.
The great news is that when people are ready they will join you when you re-market the same offer. Plus during the year, you make lower priced others which include digital products, courses, programmes and services which new people also purchase.
Now here’s the thing, if you only run the offer once you stop people who were not ready the first time around from purchasing later on during the year so you miss out big time and it is an opportunity lost.
A word or warning whatever you do, don’t host a Virtual Summit without firstly being 100% clear on what you are going to be offering at the end of your Virtual Summit.
